Employing a personal secretary - for a long time, considered a status symbol – will likely become a standard, made possible by technology. We could all have a smart assistant by our side - or rather on our smartphone in our pocket - who would book appointments for us, shop online for us or warn us about possible health risks. Smart assistants are one of many more or less advanced technologies that will fundamentally change our consumption and us as consumers.
