Simple is better. The trend began with H&M, EasyJet, Tata or Ibis, but the digital revolution is making it indispensable across all industries. Consumers are increasingly choosing simple and fast rather than elaborate or elegantly finished. Skype, MP3 or Google Text are just the beginning; “good enough“ now fully satisfies customers‘ needs. In fact, they are turning their backs on perfection and complexity, preferring better orientation rather than more options!

The trend is not leaving the retailing sector unscathed. When customers change, providers have to reconsider their options. In a world whose future is becoming increasingly complex, simplification is more than just a kind of discount philosophy. It is the key to success at all levels of retailing – from sourcing and formats through products and ranges to distribution and service. If retailers now create clarity, orientation and trust, thus making life simpler for their business partners and customers, they will open up unsuspected market potential.

The fee has to be paid in advance. The price depends on the number of participants registered together from the same firm. Any subsequent participants registered separately will be billed separately. The conference fee includes all food and beverages (including VAT). Participants registering less than two weeks before the event can pay by credit card only.

CHF 350.-, including guide, transfers, drinks and then dinner. Numbers limited. Consideration according to registration date.

Changes to the programme
The programme is subject to change. If an event does not take place, fees will be refunded. Further claims are ruled out.

If you are unable to attend, please let us have your cancellation in writing. The fee will be reimbursed on cancellation up to thirty days before the event. For cancellations up to three full working days before the event, 75% of the fee will be charged. For cancellations thereafter, the full amount will be charged. Substitute participants welcome.

There will be a free shuttle bus service between the Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute (GDI) and the Hotel du Théâtre and Hotel Engimatt.
