Participation fee
The fee includes food and beverages (incl. VAT). It must be paid at least two weeks in advance of the event. For registration after this limit, we require a valid credit card number.
Cancellations
If you are obliged to cancel, please do so in writing. Fees will be refunded on cancellation up to five full days prior to the event; on cancellation after this time, we shall be obliged to charge you the full amount. Substitute participants are welcome.
Changes to the programme
The programme is subject to change. If the event does not take place, fees will be refunded. Further claims are ruled out.
