The price depends on the number of participants from the same firm per registration. Any further participants subsequently are billed separately.
Conference price
The conference price includes documentation, extensive download are, all meals, refreshments and dinner party (VAT is included). The fee has to be paid in advance.
Changes in the programme
The programme is subject to change. Should the event fail to take place, fees will be refunded. Further claims are ruled out.
Cancellation
Cancellations must reach us by 10 August 2008. After this deadline and until 5 whole working days prior to the beginning of the conference, participants will be charged 75% of the fee. The full amount is charged for cancellations thereafter. Naturally a substitute participant is welcome.

There will bei a free shuttle service between the GDI, Thalwil train station and the hotels
