Cookbook by Marianne Frener - Sous-Chef

GDI sous-chef Marianne Frener has, together with a friend, written a cookery book. In contrast to her work at the GDI, simplicity is the hallmark of most of the recipes she has created for "Nagellack und Rösti" (literally, "Nail Varnish and Roesti"). As "Mary" Frener said to the Tages-Anzeiger newspaper: "We want to show that, despite the pressures of a job and a family, it is still possible for women to cook delicious meals. And while waiting for their guests to arrive, they still have time to apply fresh nail varnish."
